A Level System Salon

At Salon Valenti Hair Nails Skin, we offer a tiered Level System of stylists & pricing to accommodate all budgets, preferences, and schedules. Our level system is based on the level of experience each stylist has. Need help finding the right stylist for you? Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card to hold. Nothing will be charged unless you cancel or no-show to the appointment without a 48 hr notice. The cancellation fee is 50% of the services booked.

Late Guests

If you are running late, we ask that you please call and let us know. We will do our best to still accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the service provider will be able to perform the entire scheduled service. Guests who are 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to our cancelation policy. Please allow extra time for traffic.

No Guests

To limit exposure and occupancy, no guests or children can accompany you to your appointment.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website or given by our front desk are starting prices only and are subject to change based on the level of stylist, the actual services you receive and whether additional time & product is needed. Upon request, your service provider is happy to provide you with a cost estimate prior to the start of your service.

Adjustment Policy

It is important to us that each of our guests leave happy with their service. We welcome the opportunity to address any concerns and are happy to make any necessary adjustments within 10 days of your service. In most cases, adjustments are free of charge and with the original service provider. We do not offer refunds on services.

Merchandise Refunds

Our staff is trained on all of our product lines and make personalized take-home recommendations based off of your specific needs. If for any reason a product does not work out for you, we are more than happy to provide a refund on all un-opened items within 30 days. For items gently used, you may receive a salon credit. If an item is more than gently used or it has been longer than 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or credit.

Credit Card Processing Fees

We charge a 2.17% processing fee, which helps contribute to the marchant services fees we pay. If you would like to avoid this fee, feel free to pay with Zelle or cash.
