Cancelation Policy
All reservations must be held with a credit card. We kindly ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, that you please do so within 24 hours. We regret that we must charge a cancelation fee of 30% of the services booked for any missed appointments or reservations canceled without a 24 hour notice. For guests needing to cancel because they are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, the 30% cancelation fee will be held as a credit that can be used towards a future appointment.
